Remove/install torsion bar on rear axle - AR32.20-P-0315GQ

DANGER Risk of injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid. Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
DANGER Risk of injury  caused by pinching or crushing when working on springs or spring bodies that are under tension Use only approved tensioning devices; additionally screen off hazardous area if necessary. Check special tools for damage and proper operation (visual inspection). Wear protective gloves. AS00.00-Z-0001-01A
NOTES Notes on active roll stabilization   AH32.34-P-0001-01A
NOTES Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts   AH00.00-N-0001-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch off ignition    
2 Raise vehicle using drive-on lifting platform   AR00.60-P-1000GZ
3 Detach lines (1) from stabilizer bar (2) MODEL 166
with CODE 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM)
 
AR32.00-P-0001-01A
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw/bolt, oil line to rotary actuator on front axle/rear axle *BA32.34-P-1007-01A 
Assembly cleaner *BR00.45-Z-1028-04A 
SPECIAL TOOL Record plug Figure
4 Detach left and right torsion bar linkage (3) from torsion bar (2) IMPORTANT Carefully detach torsion bar linkage (3), torsion bar (2) is under tension.  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut, torsion bar linkage to torsion bar *BA32.20-P-1003-04P 
5 Unscrew bolts (2s) and remove stabilizer bar (2) NOTES
While working on the rear axle, care must be taken to ensure that the surface of aluminum components do not get any scratches, cracks and notches.
Otherwise the service life of the of the parts will be reduced.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Only tighten nuts and bolts of suspension components when vehicle is in a ready-to-drive condition!
 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, stabilizer bar bracket to rear axle carrier *BA32.20-P-1001-04P 
INSPECT Check     
6 Check torsion bar linkage (3) and elastomer bearing on torsion bar (2) IMPORTANT Check torsion bar linkage (3) and elastomer bearing for wear and damage, replace if necessary.  
7 Install in the reverse order    
8 Fill and bleed ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM MODEL 166
with CODE 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM)
