Remove/install head restraint guide on front seat - AR91.16-P-0050GQ

	Removing
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
1	Remove head restraint		AR91.16-P-0040GQ
2	Unhook tabs of backrest cover (1) from backrest frame (2)
3	Release backrest cover (1) with padding (3) from backrest frame (2)
4	Expose right or left head restraint guide (4)	To do this, create gap between padding (3) and backrest frame (2) using a suitable tool. Do not overstretch padding (3) and backrest cover (1) in the process.
5	Release right or left head restraint guide (4) at both catch hooks (arrows) with a screwdriver and pull out of backrest frame (2) from above	Replace head restraint guides (1).
	Install
6	Align backrest cover (1) with padding (3) on backrest frame (2)
7	Insert right and left head restraint guide (4) into backrest frame (2) from above and engage	Ensure that it is seated correctly in the backrest frame (2).
8	Hook tabs of backrest cover (1) into backrest frame (2)
9	Install heat restraint		AR91.16-P-0040GQ
