	Remove/install
1	Unclip catch hooks (arrows A) of cover (1) from one side to the other using assembly wedge	Mounting wedge	Figure
2	Press down rear shelf (2) at left and right next to cover (1) until left and right catch hook (arrow C) can be unclipped from rear shelf (2)	Press rear shelf (2) down carefully, risk of breakage. Do not damage rear window heater when pressing down rear shelf (2).
3	Unclip left and right catch hook (arrows C) of cover (1) from rear shelf (2) using assembly wedge	Mounting wedge	Figure
4	Unclip catch hook (arrows B) of cover (1) from rear shelf (2) using assembly wedge	Mounting wedge	Figure
5	Lift cover (1) and disconnect center brake lamp electrical connector (E21x1)	When lifting cover (1), ensure that rear window heater is not damaged. Ensure that electrical wiring harness is routed correctly in rear shelf (2).
6	Remove cover (1) with center brake lamp (E21) from rear shelf (2)
7	Unclip clips (3) from cover (1)
8	Remove center brake lamp (E21) from cover (1)
9	Install in the reverse order
