	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key
2	Swivel inside rearview mirror (A67) to one side
3.1	Unclip cover (1) and remove	MODEL 172.4, 204, 212, 218, 221 MODEL 207.3, 216 up to model year 2011
3.2	Slide cover (1) all way forward and remove	MODEL 207.4, 216 as of model year 2011
4	Remove splinter protection	MODEL 212 with CODE Z04 (Light armoring)
4	Remove splinter protection	Nut/bolt, splinter guard to rain/light sensor guard plate	*BA63.20-P-1004-01B
5	Position assembly wedge between bracket (4) and multifunction camera (A40/11) or stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) and unlock catch hook (3)	Mounting wedge	Fig 2
6	Slide multifunction camera (A40/11) or stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) out of rear brackets in direction of arrow and disconnect electrical connectors (2)
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Calibrate multifunction camera (A40/11) or stereo multifunction camera (A40/13) using diagnostic system
			AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		The calibration target for the Night View Assist is required for calibration. Testing equipment for electronic systems
