Install microphone wiring harness for sound system in headliner - AR68.30-P-4305-03T

Route microphone wiring harness for sound system (1) starting at overhead control panel control unit retaining frame (3).
The microphone wiring harness for sound system (1) thereby makes direct contact to the overhead control panel control unit wiring harness (4) over the entire length.

The microphone wiring harness for sound system (1) has a green marking (arrow) for the excess length on the overhead control panel control unit retaining frame (3). The marking (arrow) should be located at the edge of the overhead control panel control unit retaining frame (3) as illustrated.

Fasten microphone sound system wiring harness (1) on headliner (2) with an approx. 10 cm long strip of adhesive tape.
The strips of adhesive tape should have a distance of approx. 5 cm to the left outer contour of the headliner (2). Otherwise the function of the left windowbag can be influenced in case of an accident.

Firmly press on strips of adhesive tape, otherwise the microphone wiring harness for sound system (1) can detach itself from the headliner (2).

Glue strips of adhesive tape to present strips of adhesive tape of the mount of the overhead control panel control unit wiring harness (4).
