2	Remove washer fluid reservoir	Vehicles with code (489) AIRmatic	AR82.35-P-6000SX
3	Remove power steering expansion reservoir	Vehicles with electrohydraulic power steering (EHPS). Release expansion reservoir, pull upwards and place to one side with hoses attached.
4	Remove hydraulic oil reservoir (ABC)	Vehicles with code (487) Active Body Control (ABC)	AR32.50-P-0022SX
5	Preassemble engine hoist (01)	Engine hoist	Fig 2
6	Attach adapter to engine lifting device (01)	Engine 642, 651
		Adapted engine lifting device	Fig 3
7	Mount preassembled engine lifting device (01) on strut towers and longitudinal member.	Do not damage the left front body lateral acceleration sensor (B24/3) or right front body lateral acceleration sensor (B24/4). Do not crush any lines and hoses in the area of the longitudinal member. Observe manufacturer's assembly specifications and safety information.
8	Adjust engine lifting device (01) and tighten bolted connection
9	Mount rear lifting eye onto front of engine	Engine 157, 278	AR33.10-P-0105-01SX

10	Fit shackle (2) to front engine suspension lug
11	Tighten tensioning bolt (4) and tighten lifting device (3)
12	Remove in the reverse order
