Remove/install front bumper - AR88.20-P-2000SCS

MODEL 216 as of model year 2011

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1 Lift vehicle on lifting platform.
2 Remove radiator grille (1)   AR88.40-P-4001SC 
3 Unscrew bolt (3)    
4 Remove cover (5) on left and right INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure correct seating of the cover (5).  
5 Unscrew bolt (6) on left and right    
6 Remove fender liner front section from left fender and right fender    
7 Unscrew bolt (4) on left and right terminal strip    
8 Unscrew nut (7) on left and right    
9 Disconnect electrical connectors IMPORTANT Number of electrical connectors can vary depending on equipment installed.  
10 Remove front bumper (2) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Check gaps on front bumper (2), adjust if necessary.  
Gap dimensions on hoods, doors and lids AR60.00-P-0700-01SC
*BE60.00-P-1001-01T 
SPECIAL TOOL Feeler gauge Figure
11 Install in the reverse order
