ABC level adjustment switch, component description - GF32.50-P-4233SX

MODEL 216.3 up to Model Year 8 

MODEL 221.0 /1 with CODE (487) Active Body Control (ABC) up to Model Year 8

Location 

The level adjustment switch is integrated in the cockpit switch group.

Task 

The driver can choose between normal level and an increased level by operating the level adjustment switch.

Design 

The level adjustment switch is designed as a push/push button and has an integrated function LED.

Function 

The status of the level adjustment switch is read in by the upper control panel control unit (N72/1) via the OBF LIN and transmitted to the central gateway control unit (N93) via the interior CAN. The central gateway control unit transmits the status via the chassis CAN to the ABC control unit (N51/2). The function LED lights up when the increased level is selected.
