Work procedure shown on model 221

Remove Mercedes star (1) with clips.
Remove trim strip on trunk lid (2) together with left license plate lamp and right license plate lamp.
Remove license plate (3).

Open trunk lid.
Mask off all clip and mounting holes from the inside using adhesive tape.
Tape trunk lid fold all-round with adhesive tape.
Cover trunk lid from the inside.
Cover trunk opening.

Close trunk lid and tape bordering areas with overlapping tape.
Tape trunk fold all-round.
Completely cover vehicle with masking paper.
Avoid paint mist in the vehicle interior to prevent damage to the interior equipment.
