Prepare outer rear wheelhouse for installation - AR63.10-P-0670-05SC

1. Measure position of cut (A) on outer rear wheelhouse (1) according to dimension (a) and scribe.

   Transfer measure (a) from removed part. The other cut (A) runs along the edge.

2. Cut (A) along broken line on outer rear wheelhouse (1) using body saw and removed remaining piece. using body saw

3. Grind mating surfaces on outer rear wheelhouse (1) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas using round wire brush on both sides (areas B, C, D, D₁ , E, F and G).
4. Remove grinding and drill shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
5. Coat insides of spot weld flange with zinc dust paint (areas B, C, D₁ and E).
