Disconnect/Connect Transmission Oil Line - Ar27.10-D-0501-03WE

Remove retaining clamp on connector 

NOTES The area surrounding the separation point should be cleaned thoroughly before opening the hydraulic system. Even minute particles of dirt in the hydraulic components can result in malfunctions and total failure of the hydraulic system.

  1. Detach dust cap (3) and push back along the transmission oil line (1) until the connector (2) is accessible.
  2. Position suitable tool at one end of the securing clamp (2a), detach from connector (2) and pull transmission oil line (1) out of connector (2).

    IMPORTANTSPECIAL TOOL Seal off line connections using plugs.

  3. Pull dust cap (3) off transmission oil line (1).

    Attach retaining clamp to connector 

    IMPORTANT The safety clamp (2a) must be replaced after every disconnection of a transmission oil line (1).

  4. Insert securing clamp (2a) into in a cutout (2b) of connector (2) and then push in direction of arrow until securing clamp (2a) fully engages in connector (2).

    NOTES The securing clamp (2a) must not be pushed straight over the connector (2). Otherwise this would be overstretched and a correct sealing of the line connection can no longer be assured.

    Attach transmission oil line to connector 

    IMPORTANT The dust cap (3) must be replaced after every disconnection of a transmission oil line (1).

  5. Push dust cap (3) onto the transmission oil line (1).
  6. Introduce transmission oil line (1) straight into the connector (2) until it audibly and noticeable latches.
  7. Push dust cap (3) onto connector (2).

    IMPORTANT If the dust cap (3) cannot be pushed over the connecting point then the transmission oil line (1) is not fully latched in the connector (2) or the safety clamp (2a) is overstretched.
