Disconnect/Connect Hydraulic Lines On Power Steering Cooler - Ar46.25-D-3020-01SE

1. Extract power steering fluid out of expansion reservoir using hand pump.
2. Remove hydraulic lines (2) at cooling pipe (1).

   Catch steering gear oil running out. Use suitable plugs to seal the openings.

   Push hydraulic hose on to cooling pipe all the way. The marking (4) on cooling pipe (1) and hydraulic hose (2) must line up exactly. Ensure correct seating of spring bracket clamps with marking on hydraulic hoses. Dimension (A) max. 7 mm.

3. Connect in reverse order.
