Position bracket (2) on hinged door (3) and align.
Dimensions:

a = 226, 5 mm
Fix bracket (2) on hinged door (3) in place with adhesive tape.

Mark position of rivet holes on hinged door (3) (arrows and arrow A).
Remove bracket (2) from hinged door (3).
Drill Ø 4.5 mm rivet hole in hinged door (3) (arrow A).
Drill Ø 9 mm rivet holes for pull-in nuts on hinged door (3) (arrows).
Deburr rivet holes (arrows and arrow A) on hinged door (3) on both sides.
Remove drilling chips.
Apply primer to edges on rivet holes on hinged door (3) (arrows and arrow A).
Use only approved primer from Daimler AG:

Position bracket (2) on hinged door (3).
Rivet bracket (2) with Ø 4x9.45 rivet (arrow A).
Rivet bracket (2) with pull-in nuts M6x15, 7 (arrows).
