The following operation steps are shown on the right side of the vehicle and can be accomplished analogously on the left side of the vehicle.
- Clean rear side wall (1) at bottom in crosshatched area.
- Position mud guard and mark holes for bolts in mud guard (2).
- Drill marked holes in rear side wall (1) at bottom.
Hole diameter 5 mm.
- Deburr rivet holes and apply preservation agent.
- Attach chafe protection film on bottom rear side wall (1) in cleaned area.
- Position mud guard (3) and tighten with bolts (4) and nuts (5).
