The following operation steps are shown on the right side of the vehicle and can be accomplished analogously on the left side of the vehicle.
- Remove front fender liner rear section (1).
- Clean front-end paneling (2) in crosshatched area.
- Position mud guard and mark holes for mud guard bolts (3).
- Drill marked holes in front-end paneling and wheel well.
Hole diameter 5 mm.
- Deburr rivet holes and apply preservation agent.
- Install captive nuts (4).
- Install chafe protection film on front-end paneling (2) in cleaned area.
- Position mud guard and tighten to attachment points (5 and 6).
