Remove Firewall Half - Ar62.25-D-1110-01H

Scribe cuts on firewall half (1) and cut (areas A and B).
Do not cut too deeply. Otherwise the components below can be damaged and weakened (area B).

Dimensions:

a = 150 mm

b = 100 mm

Do not cut too deeply. Otherwise the components below can be damaged and weakened (areas D and E).

Dimension:

c= 285 mm.
Expose spot welds on firewall half (1) and cut out (area G).

Fold up lug (1.1).
Expose spot welds on firewall half (1) and cut out (areas H, J and K).
Expose spot welds on firewall half (1) and cut out (area L).

Expose spot welds on console (2) and cut out (area O).
Remove mounting console (2).
Remove damaged firewall half (1).

Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in the crosshatched areas.
Grind spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.
Remove drilling chips/savings.
Coat inside of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
