Install Lower Corner Pillar Paneling Rear Locking Lug And Weld In - Ar64.30-D-0002-04H

Install crossmember (1), inner lower locking lug (2), upper locking lug (3) and outer lower locking lug (4), fit and fix in place.
Fix inner lower locking lug (2) in place by some tack welds.
Remove crossmember (1), outer lower locking lug (4) and upper locking lug (3).

Inner lower locking lug (2) (areas A and B).
Inner lower locking lug (2) (area C).
Perform welding in intervals, allow to cool down in between to prevent heat distortion.

Install outer lower locking lug and upper locking lug (3), fit and fix in place.
Upper locking lug (3) (area D).
Inner lower locking lug (2) and upper locking lug (3) (areas E and F).

Outer lower locking lug (4) and upper locking lug (3) (areas G and H).
Attach foam part (5) and apply body sealant.
