REMOVE/INSTALL THE THROTTLE VALVE ACTUATOR - ENGINES 642.896 /898 /993 IN MODEL 906

| 1 | Remove mixing chamber (1) | Engine 642.896/898 | AR09.20-D-1320SG |
| 2 | Unscrew bolts (3, 4) and remove fitting (2) | ||
| 3 | Unscrew bolts (5) and remove throttle valve actuator (M16/42 or M16/48) | ||
| 4 | Pull out charge air temperature sensor (B17/9 or B17/15) | ||
| Clean | |||
| 5 | Clean sealing surface on mixing chamber (1) | ||
| 6 | Clean sealing surfaces on fittings (2) and throttle valve actuator (M16/42 or M16/48) | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order | ||

Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running | Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. |
