Remove, Install Exhaust Pipe Between Catalytic Converter And Turbocharger - Ar49.10-D-5529SG

	Remove/install
1	Remove air intake hose downstream of air filter		AR09.10-D-8030SF
2	Remove screw/bolts (6, 7) and take off heat shield (4)	Bolt, heat shield to bracket	*BA09.40-N-1010-01Q
		Bolt, heat shield to exhaust collector pipe	*BA09.40-N-1011-01Q
3	Unscrew screw/bolts (10, 11) from ATL (5)	Bolt, exhaust pipe to turbocharger	*BA09.40-N-1012-01Q
4	Remove clamp (2)	Push wire mesh ring (12) upward onto exhaust pipe (3) and thread in clamp (2). Position exhaust pipe (1) and push back wire mesh ring (12).
		Bolt, diesel particulate filter clamp to exhaust pipe	*BA14.40-N-1016-01B
5	Remove exhaust pipe (3)	Put exhaust pipe (3) on screw/bolt (10) on ATL (5).
6	Remove seal (8)	Clip in new seal (8) onto ATL (5) with retaining clips (9) and place screw/bolt (10) on the ATL (5).
7	Clean threaded hole on ATL (5)
8	Clean sealing surfaces at ATL (5), exhaust pipe (3) and exhaust pipe (1)
9	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10	Perform an engine test run and check exhaust system in area of exhaust pipe (3) for leaktightness
