Remove/Install Washer Fluid Reservoir Of Windshield Washer System - Ar82.35-D-6000SD

MODEL 906 

Shown with code (F46) Headlamp cleaning system and code (W78) with window in liftgate or hinged rear door with wiper and washer system

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Disconnect electrical connector (1)    
2 Detach washer fluid line (3) at headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2) With code (F46) Headlamp cleaning system
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Inspect O-ring, install new ring if necessary.
 
3 Pull headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2) out of washer fluid reservoir (2) With code (F46) Headlamp cleaning system
IMPORTANT Collect escaping washer fluid.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Inspect gasket, install new part if necessary.
 
4 Remove screws/bolts (4)    
5 Lift washer fluid reservoir (2) until windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) is accessible    
6 Pull windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) out of the washer fluid reservoir (2) and place to one side IMPORTANT Collect escaping washer fluid.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Inspect gasket, install new part if necessary.
 
7 Pull rear end washer fluid pump (M5/3) out of the washer fluid reservoir (2) With code (W78) Window in liftgate/hinged rear door with wiper/washer system
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Inspect gasket, install new part if necessary.
 
8 Detach lines from the guides at the washer fluid reservoir (2) (arrows)    
9 Take out washer fluid reservoir (2)    
10 Remove windshield washer fluid level indicator switch (S42) When replacing the washer fluid reservoir (2).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Inspect gasket, install new part if necessary.
 
11 Install in the reverse order
