Prepare Upper Section On Outer Corner Pillar Paneling - Ar64.30-D-5732-02H

The following operation steps are shown on the right upper section of the outer corner pillar paneling (1) for model 906.633 and they must be performed in a similar manner for any damage to the left side.

1. Scribe separation lines on upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) (areas A and B).

   Transfer separation lines from upper section of outer corner paneling (1) from vehicle (areas A and B).

2. Cut upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) at separating point (areas A and B).

3. Punch holes on upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) with Ø 7 mm (areas C, D and E).

4. Grind mating surfaces on upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas.
5. Grind crosshatched areas on upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) down to bare metal around the holes.
