Install Outer Corner Pillar Paneling Upper Section And Weld In - Ar64.30-D-5732-03H

The following operation steps are shown on model 906.633 with high roof on the right side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the left side in the event of damage.

1. Install, align and fix upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) in place.
2. Tack-weld upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) (areas C, D and E).
3. Tack-weld upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) (areas A and B).

   Make inert gas welds at intervals. Otherwise stresses will be generated in the material because of the excess heat involved (area B).

4. Upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) (areas C, D and E).
5. Upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) (area E 1).
6. Surface grind inert gas plug welds on upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) (areas C, D and E).
7. Surface grind inert gas welds on upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1) (areas A, B and E₁ ).
8. Clean weld joints on upper section of outer corner pillar paneling (1).
9. Remove shavings.
