Remove/Install Rear-End Door - Ar72.20-D-1901F

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, liftgates or sliding roof	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Check door check (6) on both door hinges for damage or wear.	Replace, if necessary.
2	Unhook left and right door catch (5).
3	Remove left and right boot (4) from rear pillar
4	Unclip boot mount (7) from rear pillar	Insert bellows mount (7) into bellows (4) before installation.
5	Disconnect left roof/rear-end door connector (X8/22) and left roof/rear-end door connector (X8/23)	When removing rear-end door, left door wing (1).
6	Disconnect right roof/rear-end door connector (X8/20) and right roof/rear-end door connector (X8/21)	When removing rear-end door, right door wing (2).
7	Remove washer fluid hose (8) from separation point	With code (W78) Window in liftgate/hinged rear door with wiper/washer system
8	Unscrew bolts (3) from door hinges		*BA72.20-N-1001-01C
9	Lift out left rear-end door, door wing (1) or right rear-end door, door wing (2)	When replacing left rear-end door, door wing (1) or right rear-end door, door wing (2), seal bead seam as all the around before painting. Clean contact surfaces on door hinges before installing rear-end door, left door wing (1) or rear-end door, right door wing (2) and prime.
10	Install in the reverse order
