Remove/install throttle valve actuator - AR07.51-P-1401MMI

	Remove/install
1	Remove air filter housing (2).		AR09.10-P-1150MMI
2	Disconnect electrical connection at intake air temperature sensor (B17) and remove intake air temperature sensor (B17) at air duct housing (8)
3	Detach hose (7) for centrifuge on air duct housing (8)
4	Remove bleed line (5) at the front at air duct housing (8)
5	Detach vacuum line on intake manifold (1) and vacuum pump and intake manifold and place to one side
6	Unclip air duct housing (8) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and place with attached vent line (5) to one side	Ensure correct seating of gasket (4). Replace seal if necessary.
7	Unclip electrical line on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
8	Disconnect electrical plug connector on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
9	Detach purge line (9) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
10	Remove screw/bolt (6)		*BA09.20-P-1002-01V
11	Detach throttle valve actuator (M16/6) on intake manifold (1)	Ensure correct seating of gasket (10). Install new gasket (10).
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Read out and erase the fault memory using Star Diagnosis		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
