	Remove/install
	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove air inlet grille (6) at front bumper and pull out outside temperature display temperature sensor (B14) to the rear	Remove carefully, otherwise the anchorings on the air inlet grille can break off. First pull top edge of air inlet grille toward bottom and at the same time slacken the air inlet grille from the anchorings.
2	Dismount oil lines (2) at engine oil cooler (1)	Collect flowing out engine oil in a suitable reservoir and seal oil lines.

3	Remove bolts (3) on bracket (4) from crossmember	Unscrew only on one side.
4	Pull engine oil cooler (1) out of remaining bracket (4) and take out to the front
5.1	Remove air ducting (5) from engine oil cooler (1)	When replacing the engine oil cooler.
6	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the running engine	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7	Run engine and inspect for leaks	Engine oil	*BF18.00-P-1001-01K
8	Check engine oil level	The vehicle must be positioned horizontally on the wheels, otherwise false measurements occur:↓
		Perform adjustments on control system.	AR54.30-P-1000-02OPM
