	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover		AR01.10-P-2405SXI
2	Remove engine charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler	In order to avoid leaks on the engine, check sealing rings and detent springs for damage, thoroughly clean connecting points, but do not grease, and ensure exact seating of the detent springs. See: ↓ Henn coupling
		Open connector and close	AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
3	Disconnect the electrical connector at the charge air temperature sensor (B17/8)
4	Remove right air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150SXI
5	Remove bolts (1) of the bracket at the cylinder head	Bracket, throttle valve actuator to cylinder head	*BA09.41-P-1006-01J
6	Remove bolts (2) at engine charge air channel downstream of charge air cooler (4)	Engine charge air channel downstream of charge air cooler to throttle valve actuator	*BA09.41-P-1005-01J
7	Remove bolts (3) at engine charge air channel downstream of charge air cooler (4)	Engine charge air channel downstream of charge air cooler to throttle valve actuator	*BA09.41-P-1005-01J
8	Remove engine charge air channel downstream of charge air cooler (4)	Install new gasket
9	Install in the reverse order
