	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover		AR01.10-P-2405SXI
2	Disconnect engine charge air hose upstream of charge air cooler	The engine charge air hose is disconnected from the engine charge air channel upstream of the charge air cooler. In order to avoid leaks on the engine, check sealing rings and detent springs for damage, thoroughly clean connecting points, but do not grease, and ensure exact seating of the detent springs. 		Open connector and close	AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
3	Unscrew bolt (1)
4	Remove retaining plate (2) towards the front
5	Unscrew bolt (3).	Engine charge air channel upstream of charge air cooler to oil filter housing	*BA09.41-P-1003-01J
6	Unscrew bolt (4)	Engine charge air channel upstream of charge air cooler to bracket	*BA09.41-P-1002-01J
7	Unhook retaining clip for coolant hose
8	Pull engine charge air channel upstream of the charge air cooler downwards and remove
9	Install in the reverse order
