REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install
DANGER Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, liftgates or sliding roof Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts. AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin or eyes caused by hydraulic fluid spraying out under high pressure. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing hydraulic fluid Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
IMPORTANT Notes on Active Body Control suspension   AH32.50-P-0001-01N
NOTES Notes on fitting hydraulic lines and hoses   AH32.50-P-0001-02A
NOTES Before starting work the area around the hydraulic pump (ABC) (3) must be thoroughly cleaned at the separation points. Even the smallest dirt particles in the hydraulic components can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the suspension system.
NOTES It is essential to ensure the utmost cleanliness throughout the entire procedure as even the smallest dirt particles in the hydraulic components of the suspension system can lead to malfunctions and a total failure of the ABC system.
NOTES Always observe the work procedure; failure to do so will cause damage and thus result in total failure of the ABC system.
IMPORTANT When the work has been completed, cooling of the hydraulic fluid (after the engine is switched off) will cause the body to be lowered.
