Remove/install charge air cooler - AR09.41-P-6817SXI

ENGINE 642, 651 in MODEL 221

	Remove/install
1	Detach lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105SX
2	Remove front bumper		AR88.20-P-2000SX
3	Detach charge air hose (110/5) at charge air cooler (110/2)		AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
		Thoroughly clean the connections, check for damage and correct seating of the sealing rings and catch springs, replace if necessary. Leaks can occur otherwise.
4	Release hose clamps on right charge air hose (110/5)	Check hose clamps and replace if damaged.
5	Unclip charge air cooler (110/2) from the lower mounts (1)
6	Remove charge air cooler (110/2) together with air scoop (110/9) downwards from the upper mounts (2)
7	Install in the reverse order
