Check lamps in instrument cluster and interior illumination - AP54.30-P-5453SX

INSPECT Check     
1 Switch on ignition and check preglow indicator lamp (7) If installed.
IMPORTANT The preglow indicator lamp (7) must remain lit corresponding to the coolant temperature and then go out.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
2 Check coolant temperature display (1) and coolant temperature warning lamp (17) IMPORTANT The pointer of the coolant temperature display (1) must indicate the current coolant temperature and the coolant temperature warning lamp (17) must light up.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
3 Check automatic lane recognition indicator lamp (3) If installed.
IMPORTANT The automatic lane recognition indicator lamp (3) must light up.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
4 Check Speed Limit Assist indicator lamp (4) If installed.
IMPORTANT The Speed Limit Assist indicator lamp (4) must light up.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
5 Check tire pressure monitor warning lamp (5) If installed.
IMPORTANT The tire pressure monitor warning lamp (5) must light up.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
6 Check Parktronic warning indicator (12) If installed.
IMPORTANT The Parktronic warning indicator (12) must light up.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
7 Check attention assistance system indicator lamp (13) If installed.
IMPORTANT The attention assistance system indicator lamp (13) must light up.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
8 Check distance warning status indication (14) If installed.
IMPORTANT The distance warning status indication (14) must light up.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
9 Check "READY" readiness indicator (18) If installed.
IMPORTANT The "READY" readiness indicator (18) must light up.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
10 Check regenerative braking system indicator lamp (19) If installed.
The regenerative braking system indicator lamp (19) must light up.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
11 Check fuel level and reserve indicator (2) IMPORTANT The pointer of the fuel level and reserve indicator (2) must indicate the current fuel level in the fuel tank.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
12 Manually switch on the exterior lights    
13 Check instrument illumination IMPORTANT All pointer instruments (1, 2, 6, 10) must be illuminated and the background illumination of all displays (8, 9, 11, 15, 16) must have been switched on.
If there are problems:

Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
14 Check displays (8, 9, 11, 15, 16) for visible pixel faults If the displays (8, 9, 11, 15, 16) exhibit vertical stripes, missing segments or black dots:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
15 Manually switch off exterior lights    
16 Switch on lamps in passenger compartment and check for proper operation IMPORTANT Check the interior lamps, reading lamps, mirror lamps, glove compartment lamps and, if installed, ambiance lamps.
If there are problems:
↓
Determine and rectify cause, subject to separate repair order.		  
17 Switch off lamps in passenger compartment and ignition
