| 1 | Switch off ignition | ||
| 2 | Remove engine trim panel | AR01.10-P-2405SXI | |
| 3.1 | Remove engine intake air ducts on the right and left | With engine 642 | |
| 3.2 | Remove engine vacuum duct | With engine 651 | |
| 4 | Remove edge stripping (5) in the area of the radiator crossmember | ||
| 5 | Disconnect electrical connector (2) | ||
| 6 | Remove electrical feed line (3) from fan shroud (1) | ||
| 7 | Remove clamps on the left and right on fan shroud (1) | ||
| 8 | Remove fan shroud (1) together with engine and air conditioning electric suction fan with integrated control (M4/7) upwards | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order |
