	Removing
	Risk of injury  from pinching or crushing hands and feet when working on windows.	Secure windows against dropping; use only specified lifting tools; wear safety shoes.	AS67.00-Z-0003-01A

1	Completely close crank window (2) on left or right front door and secure against falling down with clamping pliers	Ensure that the door frame seal on the front door is not damaged when supporting.

2	Remove door foil (3) from front door		AR72.10-P-1010SXS
3	Remove inner door panel (4) from front door		AR72.10-P-0104SXS
4	Remove bolts (5) and remove door lock armor plate (6)	Cut through butyl cord on rear of door lock armor plate (6) with suitable blade.
5	Remove bolts (7) and remove retaining rails (8)
	Risk of injury  caused by moving parts that can pinch, crush  or, in extreme cases, even sever  extremities	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating range of the mechanism when moving components.	AS00.00-Z-0009-01A
6	Release pressure in pressure reservoir for hydraulic power window (1) in front door		AR72.10-P-1800-06SXS
7	Mark installation position of hydraulic lines on valve block
8	Remove hydraulic lines from valve block. Then plug openings on hydraulic lines and valve block	Use only suitable stop plugs or lint-free rags for plugging. Lint or contamination can contaminate the hydraulic system and thereby cause damage.
9	Remove bolts (9) and remove power window (1) from front door
	Install
10	Position power window (1) in front door and tighten bolts (9)		*BA72.10-P-1004-01R
11	Align power window (1) and crank window (2) hole patterns with one another, position retaining rails (8) and tighten bolts (7)		*BA72.10-P-1003-01R
		Locking compound Loctite 270	*BR00.45-Z-1008-02A
12	Install hydraulic lines on valve block		*BA72.10-P-1002-01R

13	Remove clamping pliers		Fig 3
14	Check butyl cord on rear of door lock armor plate (6) for damage, replace if necessary	If sections of the butyl cord are damaged, replace only the damaged section. Route new butyl rubber cord parallel to damaged butyl cord. Previously clean bonding surface.

15	Position door lock armor plate (6) on front door and tighten bolts (5)	Coat bolts (5) with sealer.

16	Install inner door panel (4) on front door		AR72.10-P-0104SXS
17	Check adjustment of hydraulic power window doors limit switch (S21/24), correct if required	When power window (1) has been replaced. When the crank window (2) is rolled up completely, the hydraulic power window doors limit switch (S21/24) must be depressed, if necessary, loosen bolts (10) and correct adjustment.
18	Install door foil (3) on front door		AR72.10-P-1010SXS
19	Check oil level on power window system		AP67.30-P-6710SX
