	Removal
	Hazard  from contact with parts conducting high voltages.	Do no touch parts conducting high voltages. Persons who wear electronic implants (e.g. heart pacemakers) must not perform any work on these components.
1	Connect quiescent current retention unit.		*WH58.30-Z-1012-09A
2	Disconnect ground cable of battery
			AR54.10-P-0003A
3	Remove rear seat cushion
		With bucket seats.
4	Remove stowage box in rear seats	Only on vehicles with right and left multi-contour backrest
5	Fold back insulating mat below right rear seat
6	Remove control module bracket under right-hand rear seat
7	Remove rear fuse and relay box
8	Remove inner door sill moldings in rear
9	Remove inner front door sill moldings
10	Remove outer front door sill moldings	Prepare for further processing
	Install
11	Retrofit illuminated door sill molding wiring harness		AZ82.20-P-0001-02GA
12	Retrofit illuminated entrance trim panel (1)	Only the front door sill moldings are illuminated.	AZ82.20-P-0001-01B
13	Carry out function check	By activating the door contact switch the illuminated door sill molding is activated. The illuminated door sill moldings automatically switch off after approx. 5 min.
14	Fit remaining parts to vehicle
15	Glue rear door sill molding (3) to standard door sill moldings
