Remove/install washer fluid reservoir of windshield washer system - AR82.35-P-6000SX

	Remove/install
1	Remove purging switchover valve (Y58/1) from bracket and place to one side with lines connected	With gasoline engines
2	Unclip coolant lines from wheel well, remove heat exchanger from washer fluid reservoir (1) and place to one wide with coolant lines attached.	In vehicles with code (875) heated windshield washer system Ensure that heat exchanger is seated correctly in washer fluid reservoir (1).
3	Remove engine air intake duct (9)
4	Unscrew nut (2)
5	Lift up washer fluid reservoir (1) until the detachable parts are accessible	Insert pin (7) on bottom side of washer fluid reservoir (1) into the rubber grommets (8).
6	Unclip windshield washer fluid pump (M5/1) and place to one side with lines attached	Collect washer fluid which flows out. Check gasket (5) and replace if necessary.

8	Disconnect electrical connector at the switch of the windshield washer system fluid level control (S42)
9	Remove washer fluid reservoir (1)
10	Detach windshield washer fluid level indicator switch (S42)	When replacing the washer fluid reservoir (1). Check gasket (6) and replace if necessary.
11	Remove heat exchanger cover from new washer fluid reservoir (1)	When replacing the washer fluid reservoir (1) on vehicles with code (875) Heated windshield washer system.

13	Fill washer fluid reservoir (1)
	Windshield washer system - inspect fluid level, adjust to correct level		AP82.35-P-8210SX
