	Removing
	Risk of injury  caused by moving parts that can pinch, crush  or, in extreme cases, even sever  extremities	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating range of the mechanism when moving components.	AS00.00-Z-0009-01A
	Version of the poly-V belt altered	Model 221.095/195	BT13.20-P-1000-01SXH
1	Pull out front engine cover (1) from mounts
2	Detach pressure line (6) from bracket (7)	Vehicles with Active Body Control (Code 487) only.
3	Loosen poly-V belt (2) and remove	To do this swivel clamping device (3) on hexagon (4) counterclockwise (arrow), remove poly-V-belt (2) and slacken clamping device (3).
	Checking
4	Inspect belt pulley sections, tensioning device (3) and guide pulleys (5)	Check for damage, wear and dirt; replace if necessary.
5	Check poly-V belt (2) and replace if required
	Check visible area of poly-V belt for wear		AP13.22-P-1352SX
	Remove/install clamping device (3)	Only perform Operation steps 6 through 9 for remove/install of clamping device (3).
6	Lock tensioning device (3)	Swivel clamping device (3) at hexagon (4) in an anti-clockwise direction and lock in place using drift (8).
7	Remove screw/bolts (3b) and remove clamping device (3)		*BA13.25-P-1001-01P
8	Slacken tensioning device (3)	When replacing the clamping device (3) Clamp tensioning device (3) in a vise, swivel at hexagon (4) in an anti-clockwise direction, pull out drift (8) and slacken tensioning device (3). The tensioning device (3) can only be installed when locked.
9	Install in the reverse order
	Remove/install guide pulleys (5)	Only perform Operation steps 10 through 12 for remove/install of guide pulleys (5).
10	Pry off covers (5b)
11	Remove screw/bolts (5a) and remove guide pulleys (5)		*BA20.10-P-1004-01U
12	Install in the reverse order
	Install
13	Fit on and tension (2) as per routing diagram	To do this swivel clamping device (3) on hexagon (4) counterclockwise (arrow), fit on poly-V-belt (2) and slacken clamping device (3). Do not use belt wax or any similar products. These lead to slipping of the poly-V belt (2).	AR13.22-P-3902-02SX
14	Install pressure line (6) to bracket (7)	Vehicles with Active Body Control (Code 487) only.
15	Install front engine cover (1)
