Remove/install stabilizer bar on rear axle - AR32.20-P-0315SXS

MODEL 221.1 with CODE (Z07) Top protection

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
NOTES Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts   AH00.00-N-0001-01A
NOTES While working on the rear axle, care must be taken to ensure that the surface of aluminum components do not get any scratches, cracks and notches. Otherwise the service life of the parts will be affected    
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Only tighten nuts and bolts of chassis components when vehicle is in a ready-to-drive condition.    
1 Lower rear axle.   AR35.10-P-0015SX
2 Detach clamp connection (4) of link rod (4a) of level sensor (B22/3) from stabilizer bar (10) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA82.10-P-1005-02E 
3 Remove nuts (23c) and push link rods (23) out of stabilizer bar (10) INSPECT Check rubber boots of link rods (23) for signs of damage; fit new link rods (23) if necessary.  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA32.20-P-1002-04G 
4 Remove bolts (21e) and remove stabilizer bar (10) TORQUE SPECIFICATION
INSPECT Check rubber mount (10a) of stabilizer bar (10) for damage and wear, replace stabilizer bar (10) if necessary.
IMPORTANT The rubber mounts (10a) are molded onto the stabilizer bar (10).

5 Install in the reverse order
