IMPORTANT

IMPORTANT Headlamp adjustment is performed mechanically.

Pressing a lever changes the position of a movable blind. The movable blind then covers up the part of the light beam which - through appropriate projection - is responsible for illuminating the edge of the roadway.

The lever is next to the xenon lamp with integrated ignition module and can be accessed after the appropriate cover on the headlamp housing is removed.

Observe the safety specifications regarding handling high-voltage components of bi-xenon headlamps.

The setting must be checked with a headlamp aimer following manual adjustment.

Change in light beam after adjustment of movable blind (2) (viewed from behind through lamp aperture (3)).

The overview shows the situation for right-hand traffic.
