Remove/install headlight beam adjustment control unit - AR82.10-P-4081CW

MODEL 204.0/2 as of model year 2012 with CODE 615 (Bi-xenon headlamp unit) with CODE 621 (Intelligent Light System (left-hand traffic)) with CODE 622 (Intelligent Light System (right-hand traffic)) 

MODEL 204.3 with CODE 615 (Bi-xenon headlamp unit) with CODE 621 (Intelligent Light System (left-hand traffic)) with CODE 622 (Intelligent Light System (right-hand traffic)) 

MODEL 204.9 as of model year 2013 with CODE 615 (Bi-xenon headlamp unit) with CODE 621 (Intelligent Light System (left-hand traffic)) with CODE 622 (Intelligent Light System (right-hand traffic))

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
NOTES Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1 Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key (A8/1) or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button (S2/3) from electronic ignition lock control unit (N73) KEYLESS-GO start/stop button only on vehicles with code (889) Keyless-Go  
2 Fold back floor covering (1) in passenger footwell    
3 Remove footrest damping material (2) MODEL 204.0/2/3  
4 Remove nuts (6) and fold footrest (3) toward rear    
5 Remove screws/bolts (4)    
6 Disconnect electrical connector (5) and remove headlamp control unit (N71/1)    
7 Install in the reverse order    
8 Perform initial startup of headlamp control unit (N71/1)    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04A
    IMPORTANT When replacing headlamp control unit (N71/1)
