Remove/Install Load Compartment Floor - AR68.80-P-5800CY

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove rear center section paneling (1)   AR68.30-P-4785CY 
2 Remove stowage compartment cover (2)    
3 Remove stowage compartment inner shelf (12)    
4 Unscrew bolts (13) and remove stowage compartment (14)    
5 Remove vehicle tool kit cover (3)    
6 Remove first air kit cover (6)    
7 Remove reservoir (8) Vehicles without code (669) Spare tire on steel rim  
8 Turn wrench (9) to side until bolt (10) is accessible    
9 Unscrew bolts (10, 11) and remove vehicle tool kit (7)    
10 Remove bolts (15)    
11 Lift cover (16) at rear and remove from guide on front cargo area floor (17)    
12 Remove left and right anchoring lugs (4) IMPORTANT Tighten bolts (5) with torque.  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA68.50-P-1001-03I 
13 Lift front cargo area floor (17) in area of rear seat backrests (arrows), over consoles (18) toward rear and remove NOTES Carefully lift front load compartment floor (17) to prevent damaging shackles (19).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that shackles (19) are seated correctly in consoles (18)
 
14 Install in the reverse order
