Remove/Install Radiator Grille - AR88.40-P-4001CY

MODEL 204.9 

MODIFICATION NOTES

31.8.15 Expose electrical connector on 360° camera at front and disconnect, added. Operation step 9  
31.8.15 Calibrate front 360° camera using the diagnostic system added. Operation step 13

  Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof. No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving. AS00.00-Z-0011-01A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Open engine hood    
2 Remove sealing frame (3) in area of cold air intake crossmember (2)    
3 Remove left and right air intake duct (4)    
4 Remove engine cover air ducting (5) Model 204.9 with engine 642  
5 Unlock quick-release coupling (6)    
6 Unlock catch hooks (7) in direction of arrow (arrow A) and raise cold air intake crossmember (2).    
7 Unlock catch hooks (8) in direction of arrow (arrow B) and remove cold air intake crossmember (2)    
8 Remove screw/bolts (9)    
9 Expose electrical connector on 360° camera at front and disconnect. Model 204.9 with code 501 (360° camera) AR54.30-P-3001CY
10 Unclip radiator grille (1) from bumper toward rear from catch hooks (arrows C)    
11 Remove radiator grille (1)    
12 Install in the reverse order    
13 Calibrate front 360° camera using the diagnostic system Model 204.9 with code 501 (360° camera) AD00.00-P-2000-04A
