Measure front axle carrier (when removed) - AR40.30-P-0450GZ

MEASURING Measure    
IMPORTANT The front axle carrier (6) can be measured with or without axle components and drive components    
1 Set up Celette straightening bench with module members IMPORTANT See Celette setup plans. AR60.10-P-1060GZ
2 Mount test supports MZ 080 (2) and test supports MZ 140 (1) on Celette straightening bench, insert bolts M14 x 1.5-180 (3) and insert inserts (4), insert test pins 15 (5) and secure with locking pins B76 IMPORTANT See Celette setup plans. AR60.10-P-1060GZ
3 Place front axle carrier (6) on the test supports MZ 080 (2) and test supports MZ 140 (1) IMPORTANT If it is not possible to put on the front axle carrier (6) without using force, it must be replaced.  
4 Check the dimensions (dimension a) between the contact surfaces of the rear mounts of the front axle carrier (6) and the inserts (4) IMPORTANT If one of the permissible dimensions (dimension a) is exceeded, the front axle carrier (6) must be replaced.

5 Remove front axle carrier (6), strip down straightening bench
