Location 

The folding rear bench seat control unit (N32/26) is located under the left seat of the second seat row.

Tasks 

These are grouped as follows:

Reading in of sensors and signals 

These input factors are read in via the following connections:

Direct line 

The following sensors are read in via direct lines:

Interior CAN (CAN B) 

IMPORTANT The signals are read-in/sent by the folding rear bench seat control unit. The functions resulting therefrom are described in the corresponding function descriptions (see block diagram or function schematic).

Evaluation of input factors 

The read in input factors are evaluated by the folding rear bench seat control unit. The actuation of the folding backrest motors takes place via integrated relays.

Actuating components 

The actuation of the components takes place via the following connections:

The following motors are actuated via direct lines:

Interior CAN (CAN B) 

Variants 

There are no variants for the hardware of the folding rear bench seat control unit.

The country or left-hand drive vehicle/right hand drive vehicle allocation is software coded.
