Remove/install floor covering in rear - AR68.20-P-4800GZ

MODEL 164 (Floor covering, 2nd seat row)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove both front seats   AR91.10-P-1000GZ
2 Remove door sill moldings IMPORTANT On all doors. AR68.30-P-4100GZ 
3.1 Remove seat cushion from 60 % rear seat IMPORTANT On model 164.1. AR91.12-P-1020GZA
3.2 Remove front bottom cover from 60 % rear seat IMPORTANT On model 164.8.  
4.1 Remove seat cushion from 40 % rear seat IMPORTANT On model 164.1. AR91.12-P-1020GZ
4.2 Remove front bottom plastic cover from 40 % rear seat IMPORTANT On model 164.8.  
5 Unclip bottom B-pillar paneling (1) on both sides IMPORTANT Position upper long wedge at lower B-pillar.  
SPECIAL TOOL Long wedge Figure
6 Unclip cover (2) IMPORTANT If present.  
7 Unclip covers (3)    
8 Remove bolts (4) TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA68.50-P-1002-03F 
9 Pull rear floor covering (6) out below center console (5) INSTALLATION NOTES Carefully raise center console (5) with long wedge (arrows) to prevent damage

10 Remove rear floor covering (6) IMPORTANT Remove through rear door.  
11 Install in the reverse order
