1	Read out coding of radio (1)	Only when replacing radio and if it can still be read out using STAR DIAGNOSIS.
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system
2	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from EIS control unit	On vehicles with code (889) Keyless-Go: Press Keyless-Go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off. Remove transmitter key from vehicle and store it in a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m).
3	Disengage dashboard center part (2) at bottom edge (arrows A) and pull forward out of dashboard	Protect trim parts of the instrument panel and center console from scratches.
4	Remove bolts (3) and slide latches (6) on both sides downwards (arrow B)
5	Pull radio (1) out of installation opening and detach electrical connector (4) along with antenna cable connectors (5)	Protect dashboard, center console trim parts and the radio from scratches.
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Code radio (1)	Only after installing a new radio.
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
