	Remove/install
	Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.	Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A

1	Switch off ignition	Model 461.305 /333 /340 /343
2	Push down brake pedal several times	In order to reduce the vacuum in the brake booster (16).
3	Remove brake fluid reservoir (10)	Replace seals (9).	AR42.10-P-0301GG
4	Remove expansion reservoir (30) of differential lock operating mechanism from wheel well	Model 460, 461 except model 461.302 /304 /305 /332 /333 /334 /340 /342 /343 /344 /345 /346 Release hose clamp (30a) and place expansion reservoir (30) with cables connected to one side.
5	Unscrew brake lines (2, 3) from tandem brake master cylinder (1).		*BA42.10-P-1003-04B

6	Detach electrical connector from traction system hydraulic unit (A7/3) and place to one side	Model 461.305 /333 /340 /343 In order to avoid damage and malfunctions, do not touch, deform or damage contacts of connector and jack! Do not allow any foreign objects, dirt fluids to enter the jack or connector!

7	Detach tandem brake master cylinder (1) from brake booster (16).	Always install new tandem brake master cylinder (1) if damaged. Pull out tandem brake master cylinder (1) straight forwards, otherwise the thrust rod is pressed out of its axial position and may break out of the retaining lugs in the master control unit. Installation:  Install new sealing rings (17) and nuts (19).
