Location/task/design/function of wheel RPM sensor - GF42.45-P-4550S

RPM sensor, location The left front RPM sensor (L6/1) and right front RPM sensor (L6/2) are mounted on the front axle steering knuckle.
The left rear RPM sensor (L6/3) and right rear RPM sensor (L6/4) are mounted on the rear axle wheel carrier.
 
Wheel RPM sensor, task To supply the current wheel speeds to the SBC control unit (A7/3n1) (models 211, 230), SBC left control unit (A7/3n1) and SBC right control unit (A7/4n1) (model 240).  
Wheel RPM sensor, design Active sensor consisting of a housing and a sensor element which is based on the Hall principle.
