Remove/install rear shelf reinforcement - AR64.10-P-1200SX

MODEL 216.3, 221.0/1

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove trunk paneling at top Vehicles without code (Z07) Top protection AR68.30-P-4600SX
Vehicles with code (Z07) Top protection (Model 221.1) AR68.30-P-4600SXS
2 Unscrew screws (2) and nuts (3) INSTALLATION NOTES Tighten reinforcement (1) first with bolts (2) at top, then with nuts (3) at bottom to prevent distortions and damage to the body.  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA64.10-P-1001-01A 
3 Guide reinforcement (1) out below rear shelf, pivot downward and remove from threaded studs NOTES This motion sequence is required, otherwise the side struts of the reinforcement (1) and the electrical lines next to the rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module (N10/2) can be damaged.  
4 Install in the reverse order
