Apply glue bead with triangular nozzle directly to sealing frame (2) starting at bottom in center of window.
Cartridge gun

Install windshield within 5 minutes when using 2-component adhesive or 10 minutes with 1-component adhesive. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.

When applying, the adhesive bead must have the same height as the triangular nozzle cutout. Apply first 5 cm of adhesive bead onto a piece of cardboard, since the components are not yet properly mixed at the beginning. Always apply glue bead to windshield.

To correctly apply adhesive bead, hold cartridge gun at right angle to window.

Position cup suction tool on window.
Suction lifting device
Lift the windshield and center over the windshield cutout with the strips of adhesive tape (12, arrows), carefully insert and press on.
The window should only be pressed down by one person. Otherwise the window can break if pressed on both sides simultaneously.

Open crank window on vehicle. Otherwise the window can be outward by the air when closing a door.

It is no longer possible to move the window after installation.

Curing time:

1-component adhesive at least 2 h.

2-component adhesive at least 1 h
