Rear SAM control module with fuse and relay module task - GF54.21-P-4112-01R
The SAM control unit in the rear (N10/8) has the following tasks:
Controlling
- or trunk lighting
- the lighting of the rear boxes
- the rear lighting
- processing the gas tank level
- The rear window defroster
Scanning the following switches:
- Switch tumbler detent (S88/4)
- Switch tumbler (S88/4s1)
- switch detent (S88/4s2)
- Left front door contact switch (S17/3)
- Right front door contact switch (S17/4)
- Electronic alarm system switch right rear box (S62/34)
Electronic alarm system switch left rear box (S62/33) Electronic alarm system switch for middle console compartment (S62/32)
Scanning the fuel level sensor (B4)
The resistance valve of the fuel level sensor (B4) is scanned every 255ms. The resistance value is ordered to a percent value that is averaged with the previous value and stored in the passenger compartment CAN Scanning the following signals:
- Transmission and receiving units in the passenger compartment (A26/14)
- ATA [EDW] inclination sensor (B33)
Switching loads via semiconductor switches:
- Lighting on the rear outside lights
- Trunk lighting (E18/1)
- Turn signal rear left
- Turn signal rear right
