Removing and installing radiator for low temperature water circuit - AR09.41-P-6935R (SL600, SL65 AMG)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/Install    
DANGER Risk of death.  Death may result if vehicle slips or topples from the lifting platform. Align vehicle between columns of lifting platform and position the four support plates below support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray.
Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.
Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

DANGER Risk of injury  to fingers being jammed or squeezed  when removing and installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/tailgate or sliding roof. When moving components, ensure that no body parts or limbs are within the operating range of moving parts. AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1 Open engine hood   AR88.40-P-1000R
2 Dismount front bumper   AR88.20-P-2000R
3 Slacken engine oil cooler (10) and hang on together with connected lines   AR18.30-P-1000R
4 Dismount bracket (1)    
5 Slacken expansion rivet (2) and dismount air ductings (3)    
6 Drain the coolant out of the low temperature water circuit   AR20.00-P-1142HM
NOTES Notes on coolant   AH20.00-N-2080-01A
7 Dismount coolant hoses (4)    
8 Unscrew bolts (6)    
9 Extend radiator for low temperature circuit (5) from side brackets (7) toward top and take out toward bottom    
10 Install in the reverse order    
11 Venting air from the low temperature circuit   AR20.00-P-1145H
12 Inspect cooling system for leaks   AR20.00-P-1010HN
